We always think about what next would be to improve creativity within joyful environment. We did not block Youtube or Facebook, but rather optimize those for everyone to enjoy and play at full speed while working. We have staff’s music band with instruments in office:  drum, electric guitar, bass… and 1,000 watts amps. And yes, we have cocktail bar, free beer and free parties regularly.
